How To Register?

Step 1
Meet with a BFC Corporate Business Officer to discuss products & services and how BFC can help your business
Meet with a Corporate Business Officer to discuss how BFC Exchange can help your business
Step 2
Download and complete the applicable BFC Corporate Services Registration Form
Download and Complete the BFC Exchange Corporate Business Registration Form
Step 3
Submit completed BFC Registration Form and supporting documents to your nearest BFC branch
Submit application form & supporting documents to a BFC Exchange branch or to customerservice@bfc.my
Step 4
Application process can take a maximum of 3 working days to approve and complete registration

Required Documents

In accordance to Bank Negara Malaysia’s criteria and BFC Exchange’s compliance requirements, all our customers must follow the below registration process and provide the following documentation:

  • BFC Exchange’s Corporate Business Registration Form completed and signed by the Authorized Signatory
  • Certification of Incorporation/Certificate of Registration (SSM)
  • Form 24 & 49
  • Memorandum of Articles of Associations (M&A)
  • Certified copy of identification for all individuals (Directors)
  • Letter of Representation (Letter Head)
